Crypto Tutors is an online cryptocurrency educational platform founded in 2020 by a diverse group of professionals, which offers e-learning courses and specialized tutoring services to individuals, businesses, and communities desiring to increase their knowledge and understanding of Cryptocurrency.
Our Mission
We Future Proof The Workforce Through Upskilling and Reskilling. Through a secure employee portal, Crypto Tutors provides multi-modal education through live tutoring for new hires to C-Level Employees, e-learning, interviews with diverse leaders, and educational resources. We are here to up-skill all employees across Web3 from blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and the metaverse.
How We Started
In 2004, Moeti Ncube first met Nina at the University of West Florida in the Math Lab. Moeti was Nina’s statistics tutor. Moeti helped Nina get straight A’s in math, which later inspired her to become a tutor. Nina then transferred to the University of Florida and graduated with a degree in Finance.
Moeti graduated with his Ph.D. in Statistics from Florida State University with a concentration in Finance. Moeti was an early cryptocurrency adopter and owned the first penny auction website in history to accept Bitcoin as payment.
In 2015, Lisa Francoeur and Nina met while working at LinkedIn in the NYC office. Lisa is a captivating motivational speaker who has always encouraged women to unlock their potential.
During the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, Nina arranged a call introducing Moeti and Lisa since they are all huge proponents of diversity and access to education.
Shortly after, Crypto Tutors was born!
